'Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video' has been released on the OTT platform after being released in theaters.

Today Netflix posted on its Instagram handle a poster of the 'Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video' movie. This movie was released in theaters on 11 December 2024 during Dussehra weekend. Rajkumar Rao and Tripti Dimri both played the lead roles in this movie. Raaj Shaandilyaa is the director of the movie. There are also other film stars like Vijay Raaz, Mast Ali, Archana Puran Singh, Mukesh Tiwari, Saharsh Kumar Shukla, Archana Patel, Rakesh Bedi, Tiku Talsania, and Ashwini Kalsekar in this movie.

Vicky (Rajkumar Rao) and Vidya (Tripti Dimri) played the roles of a newly married couple in the movie. Basically, it was a romantic comedy movie. The film is produced by T-Series Films, Balaji Motion Pictures, Wakaoo Films, and Kathavachak Films. This movie had recreation of two popular songs: the first one is 'Sajna Ve Sajna,' which was sung by Sunidhi Chauhan in 2004, and the second one is 'Na Na Na Na Re,' which was sung by Daler Mehndi in 1997.

This movie earned 58.3 crore at the global level. It was considered the competition of Alia Bhatt's movie Jigra in its releasing days. In this movie, Vicky and Vidya faced very chaotic moments in search of the CD along with their family, which was shot on their first wedding night.
In its early days of release, this movie was also connected to the controversy of unauthorized usage of dialogue and character from the franchise of Maddock Films 'Stree.' Because of this controversy, Raaj Shaandilya, the director of this movie, apologized to Maddock Films.
