Soundarya Sharma praised her co-stars in Housefull 5 and said - hands were shaking

Actress Soundarya Sharma, who is also known for Bigg Boss 16 will be seen working in Housefull 5 with co-stars Abhishek Bachchan, Akshay Kumar, Riteish Deshmukh, Fardeen Khan, and Pooja Hegde. Recently, she spoke about her experience on the sets of the comedy-drama and even shared her journey from being on the small screen to the big screen.

As per Amar Ujala, Soundarya enjoyed dancing to the songs of Housefull (2010) and expressed happiness about being a part of this franchise during an interview. She shared her happiness about joining the film, saying, "it feels fantastic". Soundarya shared that on the set, all the actors were always warm and wonderful, adding that being the most junior member, she received a very warm welcome. Thus, this was indeed very lovely for her.

Talking about her co-star Akshay Kumar in the film, Soundarya said, "Akshay sir is very sweet." About the rest of the co-stars in the movie she says, "Jackie is so cute. Everyone's lovely. Abhishek surprised me with his goofy style. Ritesh sir is the cutest. Nargis Fakhri, and Sonam Bajwa, everyone's fabulous. Though Chunky Pandey sir turned out to be the biggest surprise. He is much nicer than he looks. I just want to emphasize here that I was surprised to see everyone on the set!

Soundarya Sharma says that though she does not have a "godfather" in the industry, she considers Wardha Khan Nadiadwala as her "godsister". Open up on bagging her role in Housefull 5, Soundarya says, "I'm thankful to Wardha at least for believing in me and giving me the opportunity, and things worked out well".

Talking about her first reaction on getting the offer for Housefull 5, Soundarya revealed, "I was crying, I was trembling. When they asked me to come home and sign the document, I forgot to put my signature." Directed by Tarun Mansukhani, the film is produced by Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment. The multi-starrer will release in theatres in 2025.
