Shahrukh Khan's new film 'King' will be directed by Siddharth Anand. Shahrukh Khan and Siddharth will be seen working together again after two years. Earlier Shahrukh Khan and Siddharth worked together in the 2023 film 'Pathan'. Earlier it was said that Sujoy Ghosh could direct the film.
At the Global Village event in Dubai on Sunday, actor Shahrukh Khan himself revealed that Siddharth Anand is directing his upcoming film. The video was shared by a fan club of the actor on X, in which the actor said that he is working on 'King'. He said, "I am shooting for it in Mumbai right now when I go back... my director Siddharth Anand is very sweet. He made 'Pathan'. I can assure you that this film will entertain you a lot and you will have a lot of fun."
Shah Rukh Khan's daughter Suhana Khan will also be seen in this film. Suhana has made her acting debut with Zoya Akhtar's 'The Archies'.
Shah Rukh Khan, on turning 60 this November, had joked how he is still looking young but age is catching up slowly. "I am turning 60 this year but I look 30. I just want to tell you, I forget some things yaar," he said. Shah Rukh did 'Pathan', 'Jawaan' and 'Dunky' in the year 2023 and all these were liked.
