Superstar Shah Rukh Khan has put an end to all the rumors surrounding the release date of his highly anticipated movie 'Dunki' during the success event of 'Jawan'. The event, held in Mumbai, was graced by the presence of Shah Rukh Khan, Deepika Padukone, Sanya Malhotra, Sunil Grover, and director Atlee, celebrating the triumph of 'Jawan'.

Speculations had been circulating that the release of 'Dunki' might be delayed to the following year due to the success of 'Pathan' and 'Jawan'. However, Shah Rukh Khan, fondly known as King Khan, took the stage to confirm the release date and put all doubts to rest. He stated, "We started on January 26, Republic Day (with Pathaan), then on Janmashtami we released Jawan, now New Year and Christmas are round the corner, we will release 'Dunki'. I keep National integration. Anyway, when my film is released, it is Eid.”

'Dunki', directed by the renowned Rajkumar Hirani, features Taapsee Pannu in the lead role. This film marks the first collaboration between Shah Rukh Khan and the director of '3 Idiots', Rajkumar Hirani, as well as with Taapsee Pannu. Vicky Kaushal and Dharmendra also play significant roles in the movie.

Shah Rukh Khan made a grand entrance at the 'Jawan' success event, wearing a stylish ensemble comprising a white shirt, black blazer, and matching pants. His unique hairdo caught the attention of his adoring fans.

Reflecting on the success of 'Jawan', Shah Rukh Khan expressed his excitement, saying, "It's a celebration. We rarely get a chance to live with a film for years. The making of 'Jawan' has been going on for four years due to Covid and time constraints. There were a lot of people involved in this film, especially people from the South who came and settled in Mumbai and have been living in Mumbai for the last four years and working day and night for this film, which is the hardest work ever.”

'Jawan', directed by Atlee and featuring a stellar cast including Nayanthara, Deepika Padukone, Priyamani, Sanya Malhotra, Ridhi Dogra, Lehar Khan, Girija Oak, and Sanjeeta Bhattacharya, has taken the box office by storm. It achieved the remarkable feat of becoming the fastest Hindi movie to cross the Rs 500 crore mark at the global box office, accomplishing this milestone in just four days.
