Sexual abuse allegations against Nivin Pauly turned out to be fake as per the court

The news of Malayalam actor Nivin Pauly being accused of sexually abusing a woman in Dubai is all over the entertainment industry. A woman from Kerala has accused the actor of harassing her in the name of a film. Kerala police have registered a case and formed an SIT. Actor Nivin Pauly has now been acquitted in this case.

After these allegations, his case was inquired into. In this case, too, it became clear that Nivin Pauly was not anywhere near the place during the incident. His name has been removed from the list of accused names.

Now, it is reported that he has been acquitted of the charge. Nivin Pauly placed a 'Thank You' note on his Instagram account. He thanked his followers and fans who sent him good wishes and prayed for him.

The woman, who hails from Kerala, accused the actor of harassing her on the pretext of giving her a role in a film. After this came to light, the actor said, "An FIR has been filed against me. I will fight it legally. I am ready to go to any extent to prove my innocence, as such false allegations can be made against anyone. I am speaking for all of them. If I don't do this, such incidents will keep happening."

The actor further said, "This could be a conspiracy hatched by a group of people. However, I am not sure. In fact, when the police reached out to me and read out the complaint against my name, as is the procedure, I told them my side. They were also convinced."
