Actress Preity Zinta has slammed the trolls who questioned one of her posts on social media. In a new post on X, she has talked about increasing pessimism and social media toxicity. She has also told how people quickly judge a celebrity's post.

The actress told how her first AI chatbot interaction was considered a 'paid promotion' gimmick. She told how Prime Minister Narendra Modi's supporters are called 'bhakts' and proud Indians are called 'andh bhakts'. In a big post, Preity Zinta said, 'What is happening to people on social media? Everyone is becoming critical. If someone talks about their first AI chatbot, people think it's a paid promotion. If you praise your Prime Minister, you are called a bhakt. If you are a proud Hindu or Indian, you are called a blind devotee.'

The 'Veer Zaara' actress further wrote in her post, 'Let's make this a reality and take people as they are, not as we think they should be! We think we should just communicate and be happy talking to each other. Now don't ask me why I married Gene? I married him because I love him. Because there is not a single person on the border who can give his life for me. Understand.'

Many users have responded to this post on Twitter. A user has said that such posts encourage trolls. The user wrote that "If there were no trolls, would you have ever posted, such reactions of celebrities also encourage trollers? Make difficult things easy for your fans like us, make it better for us instead of getting frustrated by trolling and chatting for hours with AI etc."

Replying to the user, Preity wrote that 'We feel that you guys have forgotten that we have not grown up with technology, so it seems like aliens and there is a lot of curiosity towards AI. I value real conversations and I don't get time to come online because I am busy with my young children. Earlier we used to have great chats. We used to choose a topic and everyone used to talk about that topic. Hopefully when I have more time, I will come back to those chats.'

Preity Zinta also replied to many other users. She requested people to spread positivity instead of negativity.
