Cameras rolled on Wednesday at the sets of the actioner titled 'Salaar: Part 2 - Shauryanga Parvam'. The movie is directed by Prashanth Neel, who is known for the blockbuster films 'KGF' film franchise and 'Salaar: Part 1 - Ceasefire'.

'Salaar: Part 2 - Shouryanga Parvam' has been promised to be an action-packed venture. Prabhas will be reprising his titular role in the sequel, where he will be seen opposite Prithviraj Sukumaran. This schedule is chalking out for 20 days and within that time frame, the high-octane thrilling sequences are expected to be captured. These are those visual spectacles the fans have been waiting to see.

'Salaar: Part 2 - Shouryanga Parvam' is a sequel that will pick up where the first film ended. The storyline of the first film unfolds in a world of power struggle, revenge, and redemption. Laced with the traditional story of a fictional city-state of Khansar, where monarchy still exists, the film narrates the bonding between an exiled prince of Khansar, Deva, played by Prabhas, and a current prince of Khansar, Varada, played by Prithviraj Sukumaran. Varada seeks to become the undisputed ruler of Khansar when he finds out his father's ministers, along with his relatives, plan a coup against him.

Prabhas is fully engaged in the shooting of the movie 'Salaar: Part 2 - Shouryanga Parvam', but he has much more to look for. Besides the already officially announced 'Spirit', he has 'The Raja Saab' and 'Kalki 2898 A.D.: Part 2'. In fact, 'Salaar: Part 2 - Shouryanga Parvam' is being produced by Hombale Films, which owns 'Kantara: Chapter 1'. Though there is no confirmation about the same, reportedly the film will be shot over a period of eight months and then released in theatres in 2025.
