Nikhil Advani talks about Govinda's habit, says- 'He was the best during the shooting of Salaam-e-Ishq'
Govinda: Many stars often talk about Bollywood actor Govinda. Nikhil Advani has also spoken about the actor now.
A lot of people within the industry often speak about the behavior of Govinda during the 1990s. For filmmaker Nikhil Advani, his experience of working with the 90s superstar during the 2007 film Salaam-e-Ishq was quite different. Nikhil told that at that time, Govinda was trying to make a comeback. He also used to behave the best in those days.
Nikhil Advani said that for me, Irrfan, Govinda, and Akshay Khanna are the people whom I enjoyed the most in directing. They do not take their work seriously. Govinda used to ask me, 'How do you want this scene - Italian, Mughalai, Indian, Chinese?' Govinda was shooting for Partner and Salaam-e-Ishq those days, so he was taking care of himself. When he was in a very bad condition, he wanted to prove everyone wrong.
Vasu Bhagnani said about Govinda that he came to Switzerland three days after the whole cast had reached during the shooting of Hero No. 1. When he came after waiting for three days, he had completed a lot of work in a single day.
During a conversation, Shakti Kapoor said that during Raja Babu, Govinda used to arrive at 9 pm for the 9 am shooting. Now he comes at 8.30 am for the 9 pm shift.
Govinda is known for films like 'Aankhen', 'Raja Babu', 'Coolie No. 1', 'Jodi No. 1', 'Dulhe Raja', 'Bade Miyan Chote Miyan', and 'Anari No. 1'.
