Palak Sindhwani, who plays Bhide's daughter 'Sonu', recently responded to the legal notice of the makers of 'Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah', making numerous serious allegations against the show's producers.
The actress has accused them of mental abuse, exploitation, and threats. Mrs. Roshan Singh Sodhi, also known as Jennifer Mistry Bansiwal, has recently expressed support for Palak Sindhwani.
Jennifer Mistry Bansiwal is one of those actors of 'Taarak Mehta' who accused the makers of not paying them and exploiting them. Now she has given her support to 'Sonu' aka Palak Sidhwani and while talking to Times Now, she said, "What has happened with Palak has happened with every cast member. Whenever someone wishes to leave the show, the production always creates trouble for them. The makers cannot do anything, they just create drama. They can never let anyone leave the show happily".
Sharing her experience, Jennifer said that, 'Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah is a jail, where actors get the same treatment. When Palak wanted to leave the show, the makers adopted the same strategy to harass her and sent a legal notice. The actress called Palak a 'sweet' girl and said, "He is playing the same game with Palak as well.
He doesn't know that people have now understood his torture and tactics". When asked if she thinks these controversies can affect the show 'Tarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah' in the future, the actress replied, "Nothing will happen until people come forward and talk openly about the harassment that happened on the set".
