She said that this is the time when she feels more connected to the divine and can devote herself to spiritual practices and introspection. “Observing the rituals and traditions associated with Shravan, such as fasting and prayer, brings a sense of peace and fulfillment,” she said.
“It’s also a time to seek blessings from Lord Shiva, asking for guidance, strength, and the ability to overcome obstacles. “Additionally, I strive to keep myself busy helping others and serving the community, reflecting the spirit of Shravan. By dedicating time to selfless service, I aim to embody the values of compassion and charity. I also ensure that I set aside time for prayer and meditation, creating space to connect deeply with Mahadev and seek his blessings,” Sherleen ended.
