The updated disclaimer also mentions the names that the hijackers used to address each other as code names during this incident.

In a statement released on Tuesday, Netflix spoke of changing the disclaimer of 'IC 814: The Kandahar Hijack'. They have also added the real names of the hijackers who took this plane. In fact, after the ruckus over this series, the Union Ministry of Information and Broadcasting issued a summon on September 2. It was sent to the content head of Netflix India.
