'I requested the director', Aamir Khan told the real reason for being removed from the film Darr
Shahrukh Khan played the role of a villain in the 1993 film Darr. People liked his character very much. Although Yash Chopra had first approached Aamir Khan for this character, for some reason, he refused to do it. Now he has spoken openly about it.
The 1993 film 'Darr' directed by Yash Chopra has been one of the best films. From the story of this romantic thriller to its songs, the audience has liked it very much. Shah Rukh Khan played the role of a passionate villain in the film. At the same time, Sunny Deol and Juhi Chawla were also in the lead roles.
However, very few people would be aware that before Shah Rukh Khan, the filmmaker had decided to take Aamir Khan as the villain, but he refused to be a part of the film. Now the actor himself has spoken openly about this.
According to a report by News18, Aamir Khan spoke openly about this in an interview with Sushma Dutt in Vancouver. The actor said that I really liked the story and Yash Chopra was a very good director. I have worked with him in Parampara and was also very eager to work with him again.
Further talking, he said that I have a principle or you can say a policy that if I am working on a film with two heroes or more than one hero, then I request the director for a joint narration. I want the director to narrate the story to both the heroes together.
Recalling his one and two-hero films, Aamir said that even during 'Andaz Apna Apna', Salman and I got a joint narration. This approach ensures that both of us are satisfied with our roles and also helps in avoid any kind of problem later.
Further, the 'Dangal' actor said that I liked to work like this, but in this case, it was not possible. Yash ji did not feel that he should give a joint narration. On this basis, I was removed from the project.
