Hrithik Roshan's recent tour of US was promised to be a grand Bollywood show, but a group of fans were left disappointed. Several fans alleged that they were not given photographs while others labeled it as a poorly organized show. During such viral accusations of misorganization, the organizers have reacted to the controversy.

Those who bought premium tickets expressed disappointment over the poor management. While some fans were unable to get a photo clicked with the actor, others shared photos from the grand event where Hrithik performed and also interacted with a few people. People also trolled the management and Hrithik on social media. Reacting to the viral claims of mismanagement, Chloe E. Jones, the organizer of 3Sixty shows, clarified, 'These claims are baseless and have been made with malicious intent in the name of anonymous accounts.'

She further added, 'We have testimony from real people on social media to support our claims. Hrithik has fulfilled all his obligations in the five cities he has visited so far. At each location, we have taken 150 to 200 photos with Hrithik and met him, who have all been gracious enough to serve the fans. The attendance and response of the audience have been exceptional, this is the first Rangotsav, which saw a number close to 50 thousand including ticket sales, vendors, and sponsors.'

In fact, the controversy started after a viral Reddit post presented a disappointing picture of Hrithik Roshan's recent show. Amidst several complaints about the event, one of the Reddit users shared a post in which he said that despite paying $1,500 or Rs 1.2 lakh, he regretted going there. The show felt more like a scam than an event.
