The actress reacted to this and wrote, "Uff! What does this mean." Actually, this bill presented in the Iraqi Parliament has created a lot of controversy and concern. It seeks to amend the Personal Status Law, which currently sets the minimum age of marriage at 18 years. This will allow citizens there to choose between religious or civil authorities for family matters.
