Dr. Uma Bhardwaj has been a Vice-Chancellor of many universities and currently, she is a Vice-Chancellor of Noida International University and Raviraa Bhardwaj draws her inspiration for her role in “Aukaat Se Zyaada” from her mother as she is playing the dean of the college and she is very excited to take upon this role as she thinks it runs in her blood. Raviraa Bhardwaj comes from a family of Vice-Chancellors. Her father Dr. Ravindra Bhardwaj also has always been a Vice-Chancellor his entire life as well. They are the only Vice-Chancellor couple in India.

Actress Raviraa Bhardwaj, known for her role as Urmila in the show Aukaat Se Jyada, produced by Yash Patnaik and Mamta Patnaik and available on the YouTube channel Fresh Mint, draws inspiration from her mother for her performance. Raviraa shares that her mother, who serves as a vice-chancellor, has significantly influenced her portrayal of the character.

“I find a deep connection with the role, as my mother’s leadership as a vice-chancellor has always inspired me. Playing the dean of a college feels natural to me because I’ve grown up observing her in such a position of authority, making this character relatable,” Raviraa explains.

She further adds, “I adopted the body language and demeanor of a leader who strictly adheres to rules and exudes educational confidence. My background in civil engineering has also played a role in helping me step into this character's shoes with ease.”

The story explores a theme that resonates deeply with everyone, particularly those aged 18 to 30. It delves into the growing socioeconomic disparities in our society, highlighting how status, money, and class continue to shape our world. This is why the story is aptly titled ‘Aukaat se Jyada,’ reflecting the harsh realities of living beyond one's means.

She shares her experience with Yash Patnaik and Mamta Patnaik’s Inspire Films: "Working with them has been a truly humbling experience. They are some of the most down-to-earth individuals I have ever met, yet their intelligence and creativity in writing, executing, and producing projects are unmatched. It is a privilege to collaborate with such brilliant minds, and I am immensely grateful for the opportunity they have given me.”
