Raghav Tiwari: Crime Patrol actor Raghav Tiwari was attacked with an iron rod and knife a few days ago. He was badly injured after the attack. Now he has shared the details of the incident and claimed that the police are not helping him.
Actor Raghav Tiwari, who is well-known for his role in Crime Patrol was attacked last month. The incident happened on December 30 after a collision with a bike rider while crossing the road in Versova, Mumbai. According to Raghav Tiwari, after the collision, the bike rider pounced on him and attacked him with an iron rod and a knife.
Describing the incident, he said that when the incident happened, he was crossing the road after getting off his friend's car. Despite apologizing, the bike rider started abusing him, which left him shocked. Raghav Tiwari said, "After this, he got off his bike in anger and stabbed me twice. Then he kicked me in the stomach... I fell to the ground. He took out a liquor bottle and an iron rod from his bike's trunk to hit me."
The actor said that the bike rider also slapped him and in self-defense, Raghav picked up a piece of wood and hit the bike rider's hand. He said, "The bottle fell from his hand, but this made him even more angry and he hit me twice on the head with an iron rod." After this shocking incident, the accused fled from the spot immediately. Raghav was rushed to a nearby hospital by his friends for treatment, where he got stitches on his head.
According to reports, Raghav Tiwari further said that the bike rider seemed to be a professional knife attacker. After the incident, Raghav reached the police station to complain the bike rider. Raghav expressed disappointment with the police, claiming that they did not listen to him and failed to register a case. He claimed that despite CCTV footage of the incident, the police have not taken any action and the accused has not been arrested yet.
