Christopher Ciccone passed away, was battling cancer; Mourning in the industry

Christopher Ciccone, younger brother of Pop icon Madonna died due to cancer. At the age of 63, he lost his life battling against cancer. He was renowned for his work in direction, design, and painting. He even played an important role in making Madonna famous. After his death, Madonna posted on Instagram and paid tribute saying, 'My brother Christopher is gone. He was my closest person for such a long time. It is difficult to understand our relationship.' 

The last few days have brought grief to the Ciccone family. A few weeks before Christopher's death, his stepmother Joan Claire Ciccone also passed away. Now Christopher, losing the battle against a big disease like cancer, said goodbye to the world. This has been given in a report by TMZ.

Talking about her brother, Madonna has written how she had stopped talking to him in between and then became close again when her brother took ill. Continuing further, she wrote, 'I am happy that he is no longer suffering. There will never be anyone like him. I know he must be dancing somewhere.'
