Azaan was going on with mantra during Kanyadan, Sonakshi-Zaheer shared the most special moment of the wedding

Actress Sonakshi Sinha and Zaheer Iqbal got married in a private ceremony at their home earlier this year. Now the couple recalled the most magical part of their wedding, when the priest was reciting the holy mantra and Azaan was also going on in the background. In such a situation, this was the most special moment in the couple's marriage, when both of them were holding each other's hands for births and births, then they got the blessings of both religions.

Recently Sonakshi and Zaheer told that the Kanyadan ceremony was delayed by a few minutes, but when it started they were sure that it was a divine miracle. Recalling that special moment, Zaheer said, "I think this is the best moment of my life and it was very beautiful. There was a 15-minute delay in the Kanyadan and when we finally sat down, I held Sonakshi's hand and we were praying."

The actor further said that first Sonakshi heard the Azaan and then both of them smiled. They felt that God was blessing them. Zaheer said that suddenly Sona said can you hear? I asked, 'What?' Sonakshi replied that Azaan was going on and it was a very beautiful moment. The Pandit was praying, reciting mantras and when we were getting married, Azaan was going on in the background. It felt like divine intervention i.e. divine miracle.' 

The ceremony, held on June 23, was attended by family members including Sonakshi's parents Shatrughan and Poonam Sinha, and her close friends. The actress reused her mother's chikankari saree during the ceremony. Sonakshi and Zaheer later hosted a grand wedding ceremony attended by prominent personalities from the film industry, including Salman Khan, Rekha, Raveena Tandon, Anil Kapoor, Aditya Roy Kapur, Kajol, Tabu and Sanjay Leela Bhansali.
