Akshay Kumar's 'Sky Force' shooting completed, director shares lovely glimpses from the set

The new year has begun with its countdown and with it, some interesting Bollywood movies are all set to make a splash in 2025. One of these is the much-awaited aerial action film Sky Force, starring Akshay Kumar in the lead role. Recently, director duo Sandeep Kewlani and Abhishek Anil Kapoor announced that shooting for the movie has been completed. He also said that this movie was a bit challenging to be made.

On December 16, 2024, the directors of the upcoming film Sky Force shared on Instagram Stories that the shooting had been completed. Sandeep Kewlani praised his team and said, 'Best Crew. Can't thank each one who worked on Skyforce enough. This film was surely a difficult one to achieve. But it's the crew that made it all happen.'

Abhishek Anil Kapoor wrote, 'Amazing crew, no amount of thanks to everyone who worked on Sky Force is enough. This film was really difficult to make, but the crew made it possible.' Sky Force was officially announced in 2023. The film is based on true events and will show India's first and deadliest air strike.

Along with Akshay Kumar, the cast includes Sara Ali Khan, Nimrat Kaur, debutant Veer and Sharad Kelkar in lead roles. Directed by Sandeep Kewlani and Abhishek Kapoor, the film is produced by Dinesh Vijan, Amar Kaushik, and Jyoti Deshpande. Sky Force is set to hit the big screens on January 24, 2025.
